We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with the ability to support with estimating and quotes to work closely with the Commercial Manager of this contractor specialising in the retail sector.

Location = Local to Hall Green

As a Commercial Assistant, you will:

• Provide accurate cost estimates for projects,
• Assisting with budgets and submitting tenders/quotes to clients.
• You will have commercial responsibility for a diverse range of retail projects
• Be a key contact for and work in collaboration with Project Managers, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure the best outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a commercial support role
• Ideally within the retail or construction industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
