We are currently recruiting for an experienced commercial building manager in Birmingham city centre.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday, paying up to £35K depending on experience.

What will you be doing as Building Manager?
Dealing with commercial tenants, answering their queries and issues efficiently and promptly.
Daily building inspections, ensuring compliance, safety and cleanliness is maintained to a high standard at all times
Being first point of contact for all serviced office tenants, ensuring a seamless experience from initial show-round to move-in and eventually assisting with the move-out process
Manage the front of house service, greeting visitors, signing in/out
Manage office administration and ensure H&S reports and regular alarm testing are carried out
Assess any maintenance work and if unable to fix yourself, report to the property management team
