The Role – Building Manager
  • We are currently recruiting for an experienced commercial building manager in Birmingham city centre.
  • This is a full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday, paying up to £35K depending on experience.

What will you be doing as Building Manager?
  • Dealing with commercial tenants, answering their queries and issues efficiently and promptly.
  • Daily building inspections, ensuring compliance, safety and cleanliness is maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Being first point of contact for all serviced office tenants, ensuring a seamless experience from initial show-round to move-in and eventually assisting with the move-out process
  • Manage the front of house service, greeting visitors, signing in/out
  • Manage office administration and ensure H&S reports and regular alarm testing are carried out
  • Assess any maintenance work and if unable to fix yourself, report to the property management team

What are we looking for in our Building Manager?
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and make decisions on their own
  • Adaptability and willingness to be flexible and engage in responsibilities beyond the defined scope of the role as required
  • Great customer services skills
  • Organised and efficient
