Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to join the expert team.

As a Commercial Fit Out Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial interior projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial fit out projects (CAT A & B)
• Lead project planning, programming, and coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
• Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings
• Monitor H&S compliance and manage site teams effectively
• Prepare reports, risk registers, and cost forecasts

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, interior systems, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
• Proficient in MS Project or similar project management tools
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
