Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client based in Birmingham. The ideal Candidate must hold NVQ 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS and hold a full UK drivers licence with own transport and have Commercial Roofing experience.
Location- Birmingham
Salary- £40,000 to £50,000 per year, plus company pension
Hours- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
* Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Smartsheet and Visio to monitor progress.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation while managing project budgets effectively.
* Utilise systems like SAS and SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.
* Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through platforms like Confluence.
* Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance against objectives and implement necessary adjustments.
* Apply SAFe methodologies to enhance project delivery processes and improve team collaboration.
* Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry including Commercial Roofing
* NVQ Level 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS is advantageous for this role
* Full UK drivers licence with own transport is advantageous
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Visio, SAS, SharePoint, and Confluence.
* Familiarity with SAFe methodologies is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills
