Construction Health & Safety Advisor

To provide support and advice to the business with regards to Construction Health and Safety to include:

  • Control of Contractors for planned and corrective maintenance for internal stakeholders, third party Concessions and Tenants.
  • Development projects
  • Commercial Projects
Duties andResponsibilities
  • Support the Health, Safety and Fire team with the following:

o Control of Contractors process

      • Stakeholder engagement
      • Contractor engagement
      • Compliance with BAL Health Safety and Fire policies and procedures

o Liaise with Principal Designers where required to support Construction projects.

o CDM site audits

o Quarterly Contractor collaboration meetings

Candidate requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • CDM Awareness
  • Temporary Works awareness
  • Contractor Management
  • Safe Systems in Procurement
  • Review of RAMS
  • Competences
  • Compliance with H&S:
  • Regulations/Legislation
