Day to day of the role:

Carry out painting to a high-quality standard.

Respond to maintenance requests as needed.

Work within a performance-driven environment and meet tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered.

Communicate effectively with management and the Quantity Surveyor.

Itemise and execute work in customers’ dwellings and premises.
-
Travel across Northern Ireland as required.

Interact with the general public professionally, ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

Uphold Data Protection Policies.

Undertake additional duties as necessary for the efficient running of the business.

Participate in any ad hoc projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified in a relevant trade with suitable certification.

Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.

Full UK Driving License.

Experience in the construction and painting industry.

Demonstrated experience working on Social Housing contracts.
