Job Title: Labourer - Social Housing Bathroom Strip-Outs

Location: Local social housing sites (must be able to travel between properties)
Rate: £16.14 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract , working on bathroom strip-out projects.

• Stripping out old bathrooms (suites, tiles, flooring, etc.)

• Assisting trades on site

• Removing and loading waste

• Keeping work areas clean and safe

• Working across occupied and void properties

• Valid CSCS card

• Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations)

• Physically fit and reliable

• Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred

• Good attitude and willingness to work

• £16.14 per hour

• 39 hours per week
