The Role

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to work on a large social housing bathroom refurbishment scheme across Bedlington and Newbiggin.

You will be working in occupied and void properties, completing a range of 1st and 2nd fix joinery works as part of a bathroom upgrade programme.

Key Duties

Boxing in pipework neatly and safely

Laying and fixing plywood flooring

Installing and adjusting bath panels

Fitting door linings, doors, architraves, and skirting

Forming and boxing for services and access panels

Minor repairs to timber floors and studwork

Making good around bathroom fittings

General site joinery duties as required

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card (essential)

Proven experience working on social housing / bathroom schemes

Own tools and PPE

Ability to work to a high finish in occupied properties

Reliable, punctual, and professional
