An established family business within the Construction Sector is looking to hire a sole charge Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working in the South-East London offices 5 days a week and reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager will:
Duties of the Finance Manager Role:

Oversee transactional Accounting including Purchase and Sales Ledger

Perform bank reconciliations

Engage with the external firm of Chartered Accountants for any VAT or Payroll inquiries

Produce accurate project costings
-
Submit CIS returns.

Process and reconcile company credit cards and expenses.

Ad-hoc Office Management duties
Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:

AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience

Experience working within the Construction sector

Good Excel skills

Strong organisational skills
