Are you an experienced Defects Coordinator with a background in housebuilding? Do you have the resilience to handle customer queries and complaints, along with strong administrative skills? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join my clients team, reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager You'll be based in the Beaconsfield head office , supporting live developments across the Central and Southern regions , as well as sites within their two-year warranty period .

• Handling incoming customer service calls, including complaints
• Logging issues on Salesforce and issuing job sheets to contractors
• Booking in operatives for works and following up with contractors and customers
• Closing completed issues to ensure accurate reporting
• Managing HA end-of-defects cases from issue to resolution
• Working collaboratively with the Central and Southern teams to resolve outstanding defects

• Housebuilding experience - essential
• Strong customer service and administrative background
• Ability to handle customer complaints with resilience and professionalism
• Experience using Salesforce and Coins (preferred, but training available)
• Understanding of property and construction terminology
• Ability to interrogate reported issues to ensure accurate resolutions
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Up to £33k depending on experience
• 8:30am-5:30pm working hours
