Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager for a fit out / refurb project based in Leeds for a worldwide retail firm.

You will be working in Leeds, on night shift for 2 weeks.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to

• Fitou/refurb for a leading retail store in the UK
• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Manage subcontractors
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Report into Senior Management
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

• Experience working on retail fit out / refurb projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a Site Managers position
• Own Laptop - ability to download clients app to work off
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
