Residential Surveyor - Bath
Salary: Up to £60,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + Bonus
Monday - Friday | No Weekends
An established and highly regarded national firm is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their Bath team. This role offers a fantastic benefits package , career progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
The Role:Conduct residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys .
Service some of the world's most established banks and building societies by delivering a best-in-class service.
Survey and value a wide spectrum of residential properties throughout London and the South East.
Work closely with a range of clients, lenders, and private clients , fostering strong relationships.
Utilise iPad technology for efficient site note-taking (Quest, GoReport, RightMove Surveyor, BCIS).
Contribute ideas for innovative ways to improve efficiency and workflow.
Opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and support professional development.
Work Monday to Friday only - no weekend work required.
AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified (or eligible for AssocRICS via MBEng, MCIAT, MCIOB, MICWI routes).
Strong experience in residential valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys .
Ability to work independently and manage own workload .
A confident, professional approach to client engagement.
