Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
Carpentry
Roofing
Plastering
Painting and decorating
Tiling
Respond to repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
Work independently to deliver high-quality results across a range of tasks.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in multi-trade work with a focus on housing maintenance.
Your own van and tools (essential).
A strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills to liaise with tenants and colleagues.
