This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who provide innovative design services to the heritage, residential, and conservation sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to hit the ground running on a diverse range of exciting projects fort their team based in Bath.

To be successful in applying for this role, a Part 2 Architectural Assistant will need relevant experience post Part 2 completion within a UK architectural practice. They will need to be able to demonstrate experience within the heritage sector and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA part 1 and 2 qualified
• A minimum of 1 year's part 2 post qualification experience
• Proficient with AutoCAD software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of building regulations and planning applications
• Diverse portfolio of experience, primarily within heritage and conservation sectors
• Live locally within the Somerset area
