Electrician / Multi-trade

NVQ Level 3 Electrician with basic plumbing skills required

Working across Hampshire / Reading and surrounding areas.

£18. 13p.h (Paye) with company van, fuel card, and tools supplied.

40 hours per weeks - Mondays to Fridays

Initially a 3-Month.

Reed Recruitment are recruiting an electrically bias multi-trade operative on behalf of a reputable Housing Association.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property inspections.

Duties include:

• Routine fault finding in domestic properties to lighting circuits, and similar.
• Servicing and installing electric heating along with installing and servicing extractor fans for residents.
• An ability to plumb in electric showers and shower pumps as well as change hot water cylinder immersion elements would be an advantage.

Requirements

• Must also hold a City and Guilds 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3
• 2391 Test & Inspect to sign off Periodic and Electrical installations.
• Clean Driving Licence
• Clean criminal record as DBS check will be undertaken
  
  

You will be supplied with company van and power tools necessary for the role. Working within a team of multi trade operatives. You will be motivated and able to work on your own or as part of a team when carrying out larger works.
