An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and technically minded Project Architect to join a dynamic practice based in Basildon. This well-established practice delivers projects across various sectors, including Defence, Healthcare, Residential, and Leisure , guiding them from concept to completion. With multiple offices across the UK, the firm team itself on fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.

The successful Project Architect will be ARB accredited and should have significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification. You will lead a team and manage projects through all RIBA stages whilst creating excellent technical, client-led designs. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB/RIBA accredited
• Manage a team to ensure profitability
• Progress a project through all RIBA stages
• Liaise with the client and wider internal teams to ensure design concepts are met
• Provide high-quality designs whilst adhering to deadlines
• Prepare technical packages
• Brilliant communication skills
• Confident conducting site visits during project delivery
• Defence sector experience is beneficial
• Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
