Position: Groundworker

Location: Yeovil, Somerset, UK

Salary: £21.00 per hour

Hours: 07:30-17:00

Type: Temporary Employment, Till Feb 2025

Requirements: CSCS card, CPCS or NPORS- Forward tipping dumper/ Ride on Roller

Foundation Personnel are seeking for Civils Gang-Groundworkers to join a reputable civil engineering company in Yeovil, Somerset. This company has a strong reputation for delivering quality infrastructure and civil projects. The successful candidates will be part of a team working on civils, including drainage, foundations, and other groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general groundworks and civil engineering tasks on site.
• Work in a gang to complete drainage, ducting, kerbing, and foundation work.
• Collaborate with other team members and follow instructions from the site supervisor.
• Operate dumper or roller equipment if certified.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to site safety protocols.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• Experience in civil works, including drainage, kerbing, and footings.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience operating plant equipment (dumper/roller) is advantageous.
• Must be able to provide 2 references.
