We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking to fill the below Senior Site Manager position in Barrow In-Furness on a Large Civils project where the scope of works is predominantly reinforced concrete, roadworks and an amount of SW & FW drainage involved.

Responsibilities:
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives to successfully deliver this complex civil engineering project.

Project Scope:

• Reinforced Concrete (RC) works
• Roadworks
• Surface Water (SW) drainage
• Foul Water (FW) drainage

Requirements:

• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• NEBOSH
• Fire Marshall & Confined Spaces

Skills

• Excellent data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics and implement strategic improvements.
• Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office package including Microsoft Project are a must.
