We seek a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager professional to manage our clients’ construction and civil projects’ financial and contractual aspects.

What You’ll Do:

Tender Preparation: Prepare and price tender estimates for various projects, ranging from small-scale to significant developments.
Cost Management: Update and manage project costing systems for presentation and approval.
Client Negotiation: Liaise with clients to agree on variations and ensure mutual satisfaction.
Site Measurement: Visit construction sites to assess new tenders and measure quantities for ongoing work.
Documentation Review: Analyse project and tender documents, identify omissions, and communicate requirements to the team.
Payment Applications: Prepare and manage monthly payment applications, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth financial and operational delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly liaise with client Quantity Surveyors and construction personnel on financial and contractual matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge and experience with NEC and JCT Contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Experience in both tendering and financial management of construction projects.
