Your new company
We're working with a maintenance contractor to puttogether a team of trades staff to complete a 4 bedroom house renovation on acontract for a social housing provider on the Wakefield/Barnsley border.
Required trades include: Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber,Gas Engineer, Tiler
Full time roles until job completion
All general trades paying £19ph-£22ph dependent on pay typewith the gas engineer paying slightly higher
ASAP start

Your new role
Joiner - Removing old kitchens and bathrooms, Replacingall doors, New kitchen & bathroom installs, Skirtings, architraves etc.
Plastering- Re-plastering all rooms (boarding whererequired, skimming all others)
Tiler- Re-tiling kitchens and bathrooms (walls andfloors)
Plumber- Re-plumbing kitchen and bathroom appliancesas well as repairing/maintaining any heating systems
Gas engineer- boiler service/repair work and also anygas appliances

Will be aspects ofdemolition/removal works required as well as finishing/painting worksALL ROLES WILL REQUIREASPECTS OF HELPING OTHER TRADES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

What you'll need to succeed
Must have NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent inrelevant trade (Gas engineer must have gas safe registration)
Must have own tools (materials will be provided)
At least 3 years working in relevant sector
Previous domestic maintenance/refurb experiencerequired
2 satisfactory references from within the last 12months
Pictures of previous works completed beneficial butnot essential

What you'll get in return
Regular weekly pay
Around 3 months work depending on the trade
