Hays Construction are recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to join a highly reputable Contractor based in North Wales

Working for this established organisation, you'll be a proven Site Manager and have experience working on private, domestic refurbishments, and on projects up to £1m in value

You'll have experience working on new builds, extensions and fit-outs and be able to run projects autonomously with the support of the visiting Contracts Manager. You'll be computer-literate, be able to plan and programme works, and have good commercial knowledge and contractural knowledge of live construction projects

You'll live around the Conwy / Gwynedd / Anglesey area and be an established Site Manager with demonstrable experience to date on site

You'll have SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS, plus a full driving licence. Our client is looking for somebody to start in early Jan, so if you are available, please apply ASAP
