Rate: £156 per day (CIS)
Times: 07:30-16:30

We are looking for an experienced Ganger / Working Ganger to join a large civils / highways project in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, working alongside the gang while overseeing daily site activities.
Responsibilities:

Supervising and working alongside a small site team

Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

Coordinating daily tasks and site activities
*
Communicating effectively with site management
Requirements:
*
SSSTS/Valid CSCS Card
*
Proven Ganger experience
*
Strong civils / highways background
*
Good communication and team leadership skills
