This exciting parts advisor role supports the export import department. It would suit an enthusiastic flexible customer service professional who has had experience of working with parts, eg as parts coordinator, parts sales administrator or anyone who is technically minded and worked with parts ordering, parts processing within the engineering, manufacturing, construction, technical industries. My client is offering a long term career offering support and training within their busy small procurement team in this fast paced important role.
The ideal Parts advisor candidate will have the following key skills and experiences;
You will be dealing with clients and customer incoming calls regarding the technical equipment and engineering machinery. You will be responsible for assisting them with their enquiries, diagnosing which parts, what the problem is, basic fault and which engineering department is required. You will responsible for the the process through to completion to customer satisfaction as part of the excellent aftersales service.
