Experienced Property Lettings/Projects Manager (Athens Greece)

Already resident in Greece your background will show a senior position overseeing a luxury property portfolio of the highest standard (Concierge style) and dealing with the long term rentals to HNW/UHNW individuals.

The properties are of the highest luxury standard and dotted along the "Riviera of Greece"

This is an interesting and involving role covering all aspects of high end property from start to finish.

Involvement in sourcing new opportunities, dealing with architects and designers, marketing of the product, advertising, making new contacts and maintaining current rentals to the highest possible standard. A top understanding of contracts/Leasehold agreements for high end rental properties, highly organised and excellent refernces

You will be supported by the London arm of the business (the Principal travels between London & Athens) and has an international business. Expecting the highest standards you will be accustomed to working at this level and liaising with an international HNW clientele with very high standards.

A high level of written and spoken English is needed and an international overview.

An in depth understanding of high end requirements and standards is essential for his role and a cv demonstrating excellent property experience in Greece/Athens. The properties are primarily located along the costal area and are of the highest luxury standard.
