About the Role
We are looking for experienced
Multi Skilled Joiners
to join our
Property Maintenance and Construction Department
, based in
Ashington
.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out
joinery repairs
and associated
multi-skilled works
to both
domestic and commercial properties
, delivering a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all joinery-related repairs and maintenance work.
Deliver multi-skilled repairs across a range of building tasks.
Provide excellent service to tenants and other stakeholders.
Ensure work is completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
Promote and represent Bernicia positively in the community.
About You

domestic and commercial property maintenance

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery
or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience working in a customer-focused role.

CSCS card
