Scheduling Administrator

Reed Business Support are seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our clients award winning team in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in a similar role or coordination.

Key Responsibilities of the Scheduler role:

  • Coordinate and schedule engineers in line with job flow.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors, regarding jobs and any materials required.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide helpdesk support to employees and clients.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on job status’ and address any concerns.

Requirements for the Scheduler role:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, within an Engineering or Construction environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits of the Scheduler role:

  • Salary of £26,000 per annum DOE.
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30.
  • 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
