are seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our clients award winning team in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in a similar role or coordination.
Key Responsibilities of the Scheduler role:

Coordinate and schedule engineers in line with job flow.

Liaise with clients and contractors, regarding jobs and any materials required.

Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

Provide helpdesk support to employees and clients.

Communicate with clients to provide updates on job status’ and address any concerns.
Requirements for the Scheduler role:

Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, within an Engineering or Construction environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits of the Scheduler role:

Salary of £26,000 per annum DOE.

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30.

25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
