Facade Designer
. Our client is a trusted, highly reputable and professional business working within the construction industry. The role is a permanent opportunity, based onsite at the head office in North Kent.
The role
- As
Facade Designer,
you will primarily plan, design and produce accurate design works in line with the architectural and construction projects. You will start designs in the right order for SFS and or Cladding Systems. There will be a requirement to attend client meetings, onsite visits and manage client expectations.
The
Facade Designer
will be required to do the following:
Design: Develop architectural ideas, design proposals, and construction details. Consider materials, colours, textures, patterns, shapes, openings, and attachments.
Collaboration
- Work with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the facade meets expectation
Documentation
- Create project documentation, including details, reports, specifications, measurements, and budgets
Technical Assistance
- Provide technical assistance during construction and determine an ASTA programme
Quality Assurance
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance and quality
The successful
Facade Designer
should be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience as a Facade Designer or mid-level or Senior Designer
