Electrical Estimator required for a Contractor in Kent!

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to manage the tender process for rail / construction projects. The role involves reviewing project documents, coordinating bids, developing strategies, and ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing tender documents and project requirements
• Managing the end-to-end bid process
• Developing comprehensive bid strategies
• Creating detailed cost-loaded project programs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Refining tender processes based on best practices

Requirements:

• M&E background preferred
• Knowledge of Network Rail and NEC contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand construction (specifically electrical) design drawings
