?? Repairs & Remedial Works: Attend sites to perform repairs and remedial tasks following EICR condition reports.
?? Fault Diagnosis & Resolution: Tackle faults head-on, troubleshooting issues and recording details for follow-up actions.
?? Compliance & Safety: Perform compliance checks like emergency light testing, periodic inspections, and ensure all work meets health and safety regulations.
?? Maintenance & Projects: Handle both reactive and planned maintenance while contributing to exciting refurbishments and upgrades.
?? On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call rotas for out-of-hours emergencies (once per month).

?? Skills & Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field
• 17th Edition certification (18th Edition preferred)
• Proven experience in testing, installing, and fault-finding
• Full driving licence
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting

• Proactive, flexible, and passionate about solving problems
• Comfortable working with modern tech tools like iPhones, iPads, or Android devices

• CSCS card and IPAF/MEWP qualifications (training available if needed)
• Experience in reactive and small project maintenance
