My client a family founded company is looking for a Parts & Retail Manager to oversee the efficient running of our Parts Department whilst driving sales within the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong departmental profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the showroom, goods inward area, and team.
• Support Sales and Service departments as well as key accounts.
• Ensure seamless communication between customers and the Parts team.

You’ll Need:

• Strong knowledge of parts and products (Agricultural, Construction, Groundcare).
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
