Project:

As the assistant Site Manager, you will be working on a residential new build development working on traditional build homes, with plots ranging from early groundwork stages until final handovers.

Role:

As a Freelance Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in day-to-day running of the site operations, ensuring the build progresses to programme, health & safety standards are met.

Requirements:

CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid

Experience in new build housing

Desirable:

Experience working under NHBC standards or with Housing Associations.
